This year, Earth & Soul grows in exciting new ways.
From fire-led cooking and coastal residencies to retreats, weddings, and our flagship Mediterranean restaurant, we’re creating spaces to gather, celebrate, and eat beautifully.
What’s Coming This Year
We’re stepping into the year with intention, creativity, and a deep connection to place.
Here’s a look at what’s unfolding.
March: The Soul Shack
One of our most exciting projects yet — and for now, we’re keeping it close to our chest.
Think smokers, fire, the very best of Cornish produce, and truly incredible views.
The Soul Shack will open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner from April, with a full reveal coming in February.
Watch this space — this one is special.
From March 24th: New Coastal Residency
From March 24th, we begin a new seasonal residency in beautiful Crantock, just outside Crantock Bay, with sweeping sea views.
We’ll be there three nights a week, bringing Sea to Soul energy to the coast:
- Wednesdays — Mediterranean Nights
- Fridays — Sea to Soul (fresh Cornish seafood)
- Saturdays — Soul Food Saturdays
We’re incredibly excited for this chapter.
March: Retreats & Private Chef Experiences
March also brings a vegan retreat, alongside a full calendar of private chef experiences.
From relaxed brunches and intimate dinners to large celebrations and parties, we continue to offer bespoke, seasonal dining in beautiful settings.
May: Our Flagship Returns
In May, we reopen our Earth & Soul Mediterranean restaurant at Treloy Touring Park for our third year.
We’ve been working behind the scenes on some extra-special additions, which we’ll be sharing very soon.
Summer Evenings at Trewan
We’ll also be returning to Trewan Hall three nights a week throughout the summer.
Over the winter, we’ve refined our menus and sharpened our vision — and we can’t wait to share what we’ve been building.
Weddings & Summer Availability
Throughout the summer, we’ll be catering a number of weddings.
Because of this, we are now fully booked for July and August, and won’t be taking any further private chef or private catering bookings during these months.
